Your way of working,
reinvented with AI by those who know it from the inside.
We drive the adoption of artificial intelligence in the most complex professional contexts through specialized training, strategic support, and the development of advanced use cases.
Between buying AI and actually using it, there lies all of our work.
The competitive advantage of a professional organization is the know-how it has built over time: document precedents, negotiation strategies, models, workflows.
To generate value with artificial intelligence, this heritage must be translated into reusable knowledge through technology: prompts, skills, workflows, templates, agents, playbooks that reflect how that specific organization operates.
It is a job that requires knowledge of both worlds: the professions and technology.
Four areas of intervention that can be combined in tailor-made pathways.
Each project is tailored to the organization's starting point, the technological maturity of the team, and the identified transformation goals.
At the intersection of profession and technology.
Irnerius was born from within the professions it now supports.
Our team comes from the most demanding professional backgrounds: they have experienced firsthand the processes, responsibilities, and pressures that artificial intelligence is redefining.
We combine legal, tax, financial, and technological expertise to bring concrete value, whatever the starting point, distinguishing what truly transforms work from what only complicates it.
The contexts where our experience makes the difference.
We translate the study method into the chosen AI platform, so that it becomes a useful tool for every practice.
We work with firms of all sizes, from boutique practices of 5 lawyers to organizations with over 500 professionals. The starting point is always the same: a wealth of precedents, templates, strategies, and evaluation criteria built over time, which today exists in desktop folders, within the experience of senior partners, and in unstructured practices.
Our role is to translate that know-how into an asset usable by the entire firm through AI, within the platform chosen by the firm. We work across various practices (corporate M&A, banking, litigation, employment, regulatory, real estate, IP, disputes, etc.).
Giving back to professionals the time currently consumed by administrative paperwork, allowing them to focus on advising clients.
We support tax law firms and accountants in a phase where compliance, document analysis, and the production of opinions are changing nature. The daily routine of a tax firm is full of recurring activities of high technical value but low marginal advisory value: preparation and checking of tax returns, reconciliations, drafting opinions on queries already seen, and document management of litigation. Every hour absorbed by these activities is an hour taken away from the relationship with the client, where the advisory value of the professional is concentrated.
The added value of adopting an artificial intelligence system lies in reducing the burden of recurring document reprocessing and reclaiming professional capacity that can be reinvested in consulting.
We work on the actual processes of the firm to translate your standards into the tools you wish to adopt.
Integrating AI into structured organizations while respecting governance constraints.
We support internal functions within legal, tax, and compliance groups, corporate entities, and complex industrial and financial realities in the integration of AI.
Our consultancy typically starts from the legal and compliance function (recurring contracts, corporate secretariat, and litigation) to progressively extend to adjacent functions (tax, procurement, controlling, and risk), where the optimization of existing AI solutions or the introduction of new tools allows for similar benefits in terms of standardization and scalability.
The in-house context requires AI to integrate into already defined technological infrastructures, consolidated data management policies, and a compliance ecosystem that precisely governs operations. In this perspective, every intervention is designed to dialogue with IT, procurement, and security functions, ensuring a coherent integration into operational flows and avoiding duplication or organizational friction.
A central element of the intervention is the transfer of skills: teams are trained so they can independently evolve the adopted tools. The training path accompanies all project phases, progressively reducing dependence on external support and consolidating internal capabilities over time.
To cover a growing number of opportunities without sacrificing depth of analysis or decision-making quality.
We support diverse investment teams operating in a context characterized by structural tension, compressed analysis timelines, and the need to preserve the quality of the decision as the main competitive lever. In this scenario, our intervention focuses on reducing the burden of document-heavy activities through the integration and correct use of AI.
Our approach extends across the entire investment cycle (origination, screening, due diligence, investment committee, monitoring, reporting, and exit) and is designed to integrate with AI tools already in use, while respecting internal approval flows and compliance standards towards investors.
The know-how developed for the fund is progressively extended to portfolio companies as a group asset, enabling standardization and scalability for portfolio companies as well, and contributing increasingly to value creation throughout the investment period, including the exit phase.
Three elements that define our work
Direct knowledge of professional contexts
We come from the contexts we serve. We know the technical language, the professional constraints, and the governance dynamics of the organizations we work with, without the need for translation.
Technological independence
We evaluate, select, and integrate the most suitable solution for the organization's needs, based on its actual requirements.
Presence along the entire route
We oversee the entire adoption process, from the initial analysis to the moment the developed tools become part of the team's daily work.
The principles that guide Irnerius's work.
