AVV. ANDREA AROSIO
Andrea began his professional career in 1994 at Brosio, Casati e Associati. In 1995, he spent a year on secondment at Reed Smith Shaw & McClay in Pittsburgh. In 1998, the Firm merged with Allen & Overy. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked for two years in London at Allen & Overy’s Italian Desk. Andrea became an Equity Partner at Allen & Overy in 2003.
Between 2005 and 2007, he was a Partner at Pedersoli e Associati.
From 2007 to 2024, Andrea was the Managing Partner of Linklaters in Italy.
At Linklaters, he held various global roles. In particular, he was a member of the European Committee (2007-2024), the People Committee (2018-2020), the Innovation Steering Group (2021-2023), and the GenAI Steering Group (2023-2024) of the Firm.
Andrea is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
In November 2024, he founded IRNERIUS.AI.
AVV. Ginevra Aloisi
Ginevra obtained her LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology from L. Bocconi University in 2020. After starting her career as a traditional lawyer, she has worked as an Innovation Lawyer at Linklaters from 2021 to 2024. Since 2021, she has been lecturing in the first Legal Tech course at L. Bocconi University for LL.M. students in Law of Technology and Automated Systems (Dual Program Bocconi – King’s College London).
Ginevra is registered with the Bar Association of Florence
